I looked at several third-party outlook calendar synchronizing solutions and even downloaded one other program. The program was too complex to install and wasting my time, while Simple SYN downloaded as advertised and starting working right away. You folks should sell your program to Microsoft to be included in Outlook! One hitch came up while installing SimpleSYN. When I arrived at the screen where I was supposed to identify what functions I wanted to synchronize all I could see at the top of each side of the options boxes was my e-mail address. I finally figured out I needed to click my e-mail address to expand the options, but you need to add that step to the instructions and clarify the rest of the instructions in a bit more depth. Other that that, it was a fairly simple process. The acid test is what happens afterwards - the "long run" as the Eagles coined it. We are three days in now, and all is well. You'll be the first to know when it ain't!

Fantastic product and proven over 12 months now between 3 machines. Only option I would like to see is to automatically add new folders as they are created, sometimes they can get a little lost. Otherwise brilliant

I just started using SimpleSYN after a rocky start. I mistakenly got 2 Server IDs and didn't know how to set up SimpleSYN on either PC or laptop. I emailed SimpleSYN, set up a time for them to a login to both my computers and set up online access. They performed necessary process to sync both computers, and after 2 days everything seems to be syncing well. I will continue to use during my 30-day trial period, about 15 days left, and then will very likely buy the program. It's great to be able to sync all my OUTLOOK info I constantly use, and have up to date info when I use either PC or laptop. So far, I would highly recommend this program + their tech people in Germany are very responsive and know their product, and they follow up to make sure everything works well.

All I wanted to do was to synchronize my personal Outlook calendar and contacts with those of my wife and my home office. There are a number of programs that claim to synchronize those folders - and I believe I've tried most of them - but they all failed to deliver in one way or another. Either they were too complicated to set up and maintain (I'm not a computer genius), or they just plain didn't work reliably. Then I found SimpleSYN. It installed easily and flawlessly on all three computers and has been working reliably ever since. Not a single problem with it! I wish all the other applications on my computers worked as well. The one time I needed to contact the support team was when I upgraded one of the three computers and needed some advice. Their help was fast and appropriate. I give SimpleSYN ten stars out of ten

I had occasion to use SimpleSyn support. I was amazed at the speed of their response and diligence in pursuing the issue I had to a positive conclusion. At the end of the day I am not sure that the issue was any fault of SimpleSyn but corruption of an Outlook file. This did not stop them supporting me as it effected their software. I have never known such incredible support. Well done SimpleSyn and thank you. I have no hesitation in recommending you.

We are using SimpleSYN Business since last year and we really love it. It's very well done and never had an issue with it. After the initial setup and synchronization, I almost forgot that it's there, running behind the scenes and doing its job to keep our Outlooks in perfect synch. I just upgraded to their new version. Both the application and the data was quickly and automatically upgraded without any issue. I strongly recommend SimpleSYN to anyone who wants a rock-solid program to keep Outlook in synch. I've been using SimpleSYN Business edition for about four months. It is my lifeline. I love how easy it is to use, the support is excellent, and bottom line, it works! Always! I have three systems that are synced in real time. It doesn't get any better than that, unless you have a product that can sync anything I need on all three systems. Let me know when/if that every becomes available. Great job!

SimpleSyn is for synchronization of my Outlook e-mails as great tool as is DropBox for my files

Simplesyn is a great invaluable tool to sync vital data in your Outlook ensuring a fast update when changes are made. It obviates the requirement of having to update each Outlook and remembering to carry out that task. It is excellent value for money and will make life so much easier.

Works terriffic for me in synchronizing between laptop and Windows 7 PC

After trying some similar programs, my choice fell on the SimpleSYN Business version after having tested the trial version for a some days. The reasons of my choice are very simple but equally important: this program is simple but for this reason it is efficient, friendly, reliable and pleasant to use and all at a reasonable price. A word also on support, which has proved very quick and effective. A real rarity!

I spent several months on and off researching synchronisation programmes, as they are an invaluable tool for our business. I piloted several alternative solutions from other providers before making a decision, and quickly discovered that SimpleSYN not only does what it says it does, it also represents terrific value for money. I have had a couple of issues over the last two years running with this programme, and I hasten to add that they were ALL self-inflicted and nothing to do with the programme itself! Torsten and Georg at SimpleSYN support never let me down and always came back with a solution. I cannot recommend this programme or the company more highly, and I'm certain that you also will not be disappointed.
