I have been using SimpleSYN for a few years now and have found the software to be invaluable and by far the best solution I have found for syncing of Outlook between computers. It is relatively simple and just works. I sync multiple PST files between three PCs and it is simply an great solution all round. To top it all, the customer support is excellent. I have no hesitation is recommending this software.

After years of using another product, I was basically forced to use SimpleSYN, as that other product was discontinued. Knowing nothing about SimpleSYN, I assumed that it would be on par with the other product, in terms of installation, setup, performance and support. I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm just about a week into using SimpleSYN to keep Outlook calendar and contact items synced between two computers, and I am convinced that this is the greatest piece of software that I have ever seen. It was easy to install, just set it up and forget it, and even easier to use. It basically works seamlessly in the background, but misses nothing. Unlike my other product, both the server and client side applications are lightweight and unobtrusive, and it plays well with other apps that I use in conjunction with Outlook. Moreover, with respect to support and the company behind the product, I cannot say enough. My few questions were received and responded to immediately by SimpleSYN Support, with effective, easy to understand responses that were easy to implement. Anyone can deliver a product with no support and leave it up to customers to figure it all out. I would consider myself somewhat adept at personal computing, but what about the person who has no clue and is looking for support to help setup and manage a new solution like SimpleSyn? I was a big fan of my original product, but I’m an even bigger fan of SimpleSYN now. I only wish that I had discovered SimpleSYN years ago, it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

Use simplesyn business for some time now, am fully satisfied. If there is a problem, support is fast and effictive. Great product!

As I’ve suggested in the past, SimpleSyn 2.0 was good. 4.0 is great! Practically runs flawlessly! Bottom line, 4.0 is a world class product which can substantially enhance a business’s productivity!

Using this product has enabled me to achieve my mail requirements without having to resort to using a mail server. I have the software installed on 3 machines, one acting as the server is on a 2012 R2 server running 24x7. The other 2 workstations act as not only as clients, but also as mail synch for the network. This enables me to use one email address from different areas which is always in sync. Also the support for the product is good with interactive trouble shooting enabling fast resolution of any issues.

Simplesyn is a very effective software program for syncing outlook between my desktop and laptop. I have used other software with mixed results, but Simplesyn just plain works every time. I did have a small issue with the setup on my laptop, however the support team quickly resolved the issue which was ultimately my fault. Highly recommend!

SimpleSYN Business is the BEST! I have tried several of the top-rated Outlook synchronization programs and found none that worked well across multiple computers and every module of Outlook. A few months ago I typically did a search again and found SimpleSYN Business 3.5. Although it worked FLAWLESSLY from the very beginning, I waited to test its performance. After six weeks of use, I am still totally delighted. I am using it on three computers and the email, contacts, calendar, and tasks are all quickly, and without error, synched. This is the first one that synced my tasks accurately and successfully! In addition, I have two large email accounts—my personal account and a small business account—which are synched, and none of the other programs would sync both (I had to choose which one to sync). I say all of this in amazement because I spent a fair amount of money in multiple attempts to synchronize Outlook. Thank you for this wonderful product!!!

This is one of the easiest programmes to link Outlook with PC's. You can select whatever Directories in Outlook you may have according to each user. An excellent product, with great possibilities for future development. I can highly recommend it.
