SimpleSYN 2.1: Now in two new editions and with global synchronization of Outlook 2010 over the Internet

18 October 2010, the German software firm creativbox.net – Internet Solutions has released their 2.1 version of the synchronization tool SimpleSYN for Microsoft Outlook. The new SimpleSYN 2.1 Business Version is available for download starting immediately.

The new version of the synchronization tool is based, like Windows 7, on the Peer Name Resolution-Protocol. This vastly improves the setup and communication of the computers. The update also offers heightened security and full compatibility to Outlook 2010 (32-Bit/64-Bit).

The new Business Version offers perfect Outlook synchronization for firms. The Outlook data can be exchanged not only over a local network, but optionally worldwide over the Internet. Additionally the Business Version now has a powerful filter function, with which the user can easily filter which Outlook items should be synchronized. As a result the user can determine, e.g., that no privately labeled appointments; e-mails of a certain size, with attachments or with a specific recipient are accidentally synchronized with a colleague.
